Job Summary

The Social Media Executive will manage Bhimas presence across digital platforms, ensuring meaningful engagement with online communities. This role involves planning, creating, posting, and tracking social content to enhance customer connection, brand reach, and overall awareness. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator who blends creativity with disciplined execution and stays updated on evolving social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule social media posts across platforms (Meta, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Respond promptly and professionally to audience comments, queries, and community interactions.
  • Track engagement, reach, and other performance metrics using analytics dashboards.
  • Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and the marketing team to ensure alignment with campaigns and brand guidelines.
  • Research and leverage current trends, new formats, and platform updates (e.g., reels, shorts).
  • Optimize captions, hashtags, and content formats for maximum visibility.
  • Manage and maintain a structured social media content calendar.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and best practices.
  • Support paid marketing initiatives through coordinated organic efforts.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to the marketing lead.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficiency across major social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Experience using scheduling and management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Ability to interpret and utilize analytics dashboards for insights.
  • Strong understanding of hashtags, emerging trends, and platform algorithms.
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) and familiarity with short-form video content creation.
  • Knowledge of brand tone, community management practices, and benchmarking techniques.
