Social Media Management & Strategy

* Manage Wondr Diamonds’ presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.

* Plan and execute content calendars in alignment with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.

* Develop fresh, creative, and engaging campaign ideas that connect with diverse audiences.

Creative Strategy & Content Development

* Conceptualize campaign ideas with a strong storytelling and brand-centric approach.

* Work with designers, photographers, and video editors to bring campaigns to life.

* Use AI-powered tools for content writing, captions, ideation, and creative optimization.

Influencer Marketing

* Identify, onboard, and manage influencers aligned with the brand’s target audience.

* Build strong relationships with content creators for long-term partnerships.

* Track influencer campaign performance and ROI.

Analytics & Reporting

* Monitor campaign performance across platforms using analytics tools.

* Provide insights and recommendations to optimize engagement, reach, and conversions.

* Prepare monthly performance reports for management.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Digital Media (preferred).

* Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing.

* Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Meta Ads, and content trends.

* Knowledge of influencer marketing campaigns & negotiation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
