Social Media Coordinator

The candidate will also partner with the Integrated Media team to report on performance, track organic KPIs, and support content distribution for both Private Bank and Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage organic social media workflows across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring timely and accurate content distribution.
• Receive appropriate approvals from internal stakeholders and maintain auditready documentation.
• Upload Private Bank and Asset Management content into the social content library for use by sales teams and other business partners.
• Maintain and update content calendars, posting schedules, and social publishing workflows.
• Track, measure, and report on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and adhoc social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with design, copy, compliance, and legal teams to ensure all posts meet required guidelines.

Required Skills

• Strong organic social media experience
