Social Media Coordinator

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar for all social media platforms.
• Coordinate with the design/content teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives.
• Schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Manage day-to-day activities on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and organizational goals.
• Update bios, highlights, and page information regularly.
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Monitor conversations and engage with the audience to build a strong online community.
• Flag any negative comments or issues to the appropriate team.
• Assist in writing captions, selecting hashtags, and generating basic graphic or video content if required.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, or content creators as needed.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and click-through rates.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports and suggest improvements based on data insights.
• Support the execution of social media campaigns around events, projects, or fundraising drives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather required materials and approvals.
• Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and algorithm updates.
• Recommend new formats or tools (e.g., Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts) to enhance engagement.
• Ensure all published content maintains consistent branding, tone, and values of the organization.
