We are seeking a dedicated Instagram Content Creator who can showcase our laboratory’s daily activities, testing procedures, and experiments in an engaging and professional way.

Job Overview:
The Instagram Content Creator will be responsible for planning, shooting, and publishing daily photo and video content from our laboratory. This includes capturing testing processes, titrations, experiments, instruments, and team activities, then creatively transforming them into reels, posts, and stories for Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture daily photo and video content in the laboratory during testing, titrations, and experiments.
• Create engaging reels, posts, and stories tailored for Instagram.
• Showcase laboratory services (water, soil, food, chemical, microbial, pharmaceutical, corrosion testing, etc.) in a clear and creative way.
• Collaborate with lab staff to ensure accuracy while maintaining visual appeal.
• Edit content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or other mobile apps.
• Develop creative concepts and ideas aligned with the lab’s brand voice.
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, reels formats, and hashtags to increase reach and engagement.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar.
• Track content performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• 0.6 – 1 year of proven experience in Instagram content creation.
• Strong photography and videography skills (camera or smartphone).
• Proficiency with editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, InShot, or similar).
• Knowledge of Instagram algorithms, reels trends, and content strategy.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability.
• Ability to simplify technical/lab processes for a wider audience.
• Comfortable working in a lab setting and adhering to safety guidelines.

Preferred Skills:

• Background or interest in science, pharma, or laboratory work.
• Previous experience handling educational/scientific/lab content.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
