Social Media Content Creator

We are looking for a creative lead to oversee the production and management of short and long-form videos on various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and others. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 1-3 creators, collaborating with them to brainstorm ideas, handle the shooting and editing process, and ultimately publish engaging content for both social media and advertising platforms. This is a full-time position with opportunities for permanent placement, suitable for candidates at various stages of their careers including freshers and interns. The initial contract length for this role is 6 months. As the creative lead, you will work during day shifts and have the potential to earn performance bonuses on top of yearly bonuses based on your contributions to the projects. The work location for this role is in-person, providing you with the opportunity to collaborate closely with the team and creators.
