Key Responsibilities

✨ Content Creation & Shooting

• Plan, shoot, and create high-quality videos/reels for Instagram, YouTube & other platforms.
• Coordinate with team members for shoot schedules and creative requirements.
• Ideate creative concepts, trending reels, hooks & scripts.

✨ Client Coordination

• Communicate with clients regarding content requirements, approvals, and feedback.
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives and maintain professional communication.

✨ Team Management

• Get work done from designers, editors & other team members.
• Assign tasks, follow up on deadlines, and ensure smooth workflow.

✨ Social Media Management

• Assist in content planning, posting, and analytics tracking.
• Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Must be smart, confident, and presentable.
• Excellent communication & coordination skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Ability to handle shoots independently.
• Creative mindset with problem-solving attitude.
• Basic editing or Canva knowledge is a plus.

Eligibility

• Female candidates only.
• Must be comfortable with outdoor/indoor shooting.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
