Job Description

We are seeking a proactive WhatsApp Customer Communication & Follow-up Executive whose main responsibility is to respond to all customer messages promptly, follow up for updates, and maintain strong communication with leads and buyers. The role also involves light social media interaction management.

Key Responsibilities:

Reply to all WhatsApp messages quickly and professionally.

Call and follow up with customers who have enquired, to get order status or close sales.

Maintain a daily log of follow-ups and customer updates.

Save all new customer contacts and maintain an updated database.

Add customers to appropriate WhatsApp groups for offers and updates.

Reply to basic Instagram DMs and comments when needed.

Maintain a polite, sales-oriented communication style.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.

Confident in speaking to customers on calls.

Fast and accurate typing for WhatsApp replies.

Organized, disciplined, and able to follow up without missing deadlines.

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business features.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
