Role: Social Media & Creative Content Creator
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: In-person (Office) (Electronic City)
Compensation:
● Fixed Salary: ₹20,000/month
● Performance Bonus: Up to ₹5,000/month (based on KPIs)
Note: A KPI score of 90+ will qualify for 100% performance bonus.
Key Responsibilities
● Ideate, script, and create short-form content (Reels, Vlogs, Stories, BTS) for both internal and client-facing brands.
● Capture day-to-day moments, team culture, and client work to create compelling digital stories.
● Must be comfortable being in front of the camera — participating in and contributing to video content when needed.
● Collaborate with designers and marketers to align content with brand objectives.
● Research trends, hashtags, memes, and hooks relevant to ongoing campaigns.
● Assist in mood-board creation and shoot planning for marketing purposes.
● Post and schedule content on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as needed.
● Be proactive with suggestions, take feedback with grace, and stay accountable to timelines.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – 100 Points
1. Content Output & Consistency (30 Points)
Target: Deliver a minimum of 15–18 short-form videos per month (approx. 3–4 per week),
including Reels, Vlogs, Stories, BTS content.
● Content must be aligned with internal and client brand guidelines.
● Includes both scripted and spontaneous video content.
● At least 50% of the videos should include her presence or narration.
● Failure to meet minimum output may lead to a proportional score reduction.
● Bonus points for exceeding output with consistent quality.
2. Creativity, Storytelling & On-Camera Presence (20 Points)
Target: Content should reflect strong storytelling, trend awareness, and engaging aesthetics.
● Must demonstrate variety in shot types, transitions, hooks, and CTA integration.
● Show clear comfort and energy on camera where required.
● Score depends on engagement (qualitative review by internal team/clients), originality,
and retention metrics if available.
● Less than 10% of content should require complete rework or redirection.
3. Timeliness & Execution Discipline (15 Points)
Target: 90–95% task delivery on time, including posting and scheduling.
● Timely delivery of scripts, raw footage, edited clips, and publishing.
● Delay without pre-communication or clarity will impact scores.
● Accountable for planned weekly uploads (internal calendar adherence required).
4. Trend & Platform Relevance (15 Points)
Target: Use relevant hooks, formats, hashtags, and memes to enhance organic performance.
● Minimum 1 trend research deck/mood-board or reference log every 2 weeks.
● Evidence of applying trend-based ideas to real-time campaigns.
● Proactively suggest content formats for ongoing campaigns.
5. Collaboration & Initiative (10 Points)
Target: Work independently but actively communicate with the design and marketing teams.
● Participate in shoot planning, give content ideas, and update regularly on progress.
● Take feedback constructively and reflect improvements within 1–2 revisions.
● Score reduction if dependent on frequent direction or unable to self-start tasks.
6. Professional Development (10 Points)
Target: Engage in at least 1 creative learning activity per month.
● Can include online courses, tutorials, trend deep-dives, or creator analysis.
● Should reflect learning through application (e.g., a new transition, style, or shoot
concept).
● Log evidence via links or notes with 1 sample implementation.
Bonus Consideration (Not Scored But Noted)
● Content that gets reposted/shared by clients.
● Internal branding impact (e.g., Murraad behind-the-scenes content that goes viral).
● Positive feedback from clients on culture capture or vibe storytelling.
