Social Medi Content Editor

Key Responsibilities:

* Daily Content Creation: Shoot and edit high-quality videos, reels, stories, and photos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

* Posting & Scheduling: Actively post content across social media platforms with appropriate captions, hashtags, and timing.

* Ideation & Planning: Develop fresh content ideas aligned with the brand’s voice and goals.

* Trend Spotting: Stay on top of trends in audio, formats, and challenges to keep our content relevant.

* In-Office Shoots: Organize and execute shoots in-office — involving team members, products, behind-the-scenes, etc.

* Editing: Use tools like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Suite to create engaging short-form and long-form content.

* Basic Analytics: Monitor engagement and help optimize posts for reach and effectiveness.

Who You Are:

* A content creator at heart — you love making reels, stories, and posts and understand what makes them perform.

* Skilled with a phone camera or DSLR, lighting, framing, and editing apps.

* Confident in managing shoots independently (and being on camera).

* Organized and able to juggle multiple pieces of content and deadlines.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in social media content creation (or a strong portfolio of self-created content).
• Proficient in editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must bring creativity, energy, and enthusiasm to work every day!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
