As a Social & Communication Executive in the field of Digital Marketing, your role will involve supporting and enhancing the Company's digital presence through various online platforms and internal communication channels. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing, updating, and optimizing online business listings on platforms like Google Business Profile, Yelp for Business, AT&T.com, and other directories. Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance of business information across all digital listings. - Monitoring customer reviews and ratings, tracking trends and insights to support reputation improvement strategies. Implementing SEO best practices across listings and digital content to enhance visibility and search rankings. - Supporting the execution of social media strategies aligned with the Company's brand guidelines and objectives. Assisting in content creation, scheduling, and publishing for corporate and location-specific campaigns. - Coordinating internal communication initiatives to foster company culture and employee engagement. Tracking performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions for content planning and optimization. - Managing incoming digital marketing and listing-related help desk tickets. Providing timely support to field teams and corporate stakeholders. Coordinating with internal teams to resolve digital issues efficiently within defined SLAs. - Preparing regular reports on listings performance, social engagement, and SEO metrics. Utilizing data insights to recommend improvements and support decision-making. Qualifications & Skills Required: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, online listings management, or reputation management. - Hands-on experience with Google Business Profile, Yelp for Business, and social media platforms. - Familiarity with SEO concepts and tools such as Google Analytics or similar. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. - Comfortable working in US night shift and fast-paced environments.
