Job Description

You will be responsible for monitoring network, systems, and infrastructure 24x7 using Zabbix and other monitoring tools. In case of incidents, you will troubleshoot and escalate as needed to ensure quick resolution and minimize downtime. Proactively, you will analyze system alerts, logs, and performance trends to identify potential issues. Your role will also involve maintaining and enhancing Zabbix templates, triggers, and dashboards, along with performing basic to intermediate Linux administration tasks such as user management, file systems, and service configurations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for incident resolution and preventive actions will be essential, as well as creating and maintaining technical documentation, SOPs, and incident reports. Additionally, you will participate in on-call rotations and provide shift-based support when required. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor network, systems, and infrastructure 24x7 using Zabbix and other monitoring tools. - Troubleshoot incidents, escalate as necessary, and ensure quick resolution to minimize downtime. - Analyze system alerts, logs, and performance trends to identify potential issues proactively. - Maintain and enhance Zabbix templates, triggers, and dashboards. - Perform basic to intermediate Linux administration tasks, including user management, file systems, and service configurations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for incident resolution and preventive actions. - Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and incident reports. - Participate in on-call rotations and provide shift-based support when required. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022, including installation, configuration, and management. - Experience with Active Directory, including user and group management, DNS, and DHCP. - Understanding of networking protocols and technologies, including firewalls, DNS, and TCP/IP. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues. - Knowledge of security principles and practices, including patching, firewalls, and access control. - Install, configure, and manage Windows Server Failover Clusters. - Investigate and resolve cluster-related incidents and failures. Additional Company Details: As part of the Security Operations Center (SOC), you will be implementing and maintaining monitoring systems to detect security threats and anomalies within VMware and Windows environments. Your responsibilities will include investigating security alerts, conducting threat analysis, responding to security incidents, and identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities.
