SOC Engineer L3 Network Security

Role Overview: As a skilled and confident SOC Engineer L3 specializing in Network Security, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety of our systems, protect our network, and proactively prevent potential threats. Key Responsibilities: - Firewall Management: - Set up and manage firewall rules and access controls - Ensure all firewall settings adhere to security standards - Network Segmentation: - Design and construct secure network zones - Guarantee smooth and secure communication between network segments - Threat Prevention & Detection: - Monitor firewall logs for potential threats - Analyze alerts and respond promptly to security incidents - Vulnerability Management: - Identify and address vulnerabilities in firewall systems - Conduct regular security audits and checks - Compliance & Governance: - Ensure compliance with all firewall system rules and guidelines - Maintain clear records of policies and procedures - Troubleshooting & Support: - Resolve firewall-related issues efficiently - Provide network security support and guidance to the team Qualifications: - Education: BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSc in IT or Computer-related fields - Certifications: CCNA, CEH, CCSP, CISSP, CISM, SIEM, or Firewall technical certifications - Experience: 6 to 9 years in network security or related roles - Strong knowledge of API Security (Ammune), WAF (Radware, F5) - minimum 3 years, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet - minimum 3 years, DDoS tools (Akamai, Arbor) If you meet the qualifications and are eager to excel in the field, we encourage you to apply by submitting your updated resume to resumes@empglobal.ae or by applying directly through the designated platform.
