Role Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through local partners and corporates. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Build partnerships with travel agencies, corporate offices, hotels, colleges, and travel aggregators Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement Collaborate with marketing to run promotional campaigns and seasonal offers. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, sports, or entertainment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English, Hindi; Konkani is a plus). Strong local network in Goa’s tourism, hospitality, and event space. Passionate, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays. 1. Kart Maintenance & Repairs Conduct routine inspection of go-karts before operation. Identify and fix mechanical, electrical, and bodywork issues promptly. Check and maintain engine oil, fuel, brake fluid, and tire pressure regularly. Replace worn-out parts such as tires, brake pads, and spark plugs. Ensure all karts meet safety and performance standards before release. 2. Equipment Upkeep Keep tools and workshop equipment clean, organized, and in good working order. 3. Troubleshooting & Emergency Repairs Respond quickly to breakdowns or kart malfunctions during customer sessions. Troubleshoot engine, brake, steering, and electrical problems efficiently. Minimize downtime by prioritizing urgent repairs. 4. Safety Compliance Ensure all karts meet safety guidelines before customer use. Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and safety checks. 5. Inventory & Stock Management Monitor spare parts inventory and request replenishment in advance. Maintain proper logs of parts used and repairs carried out.
