Roles and Responsibilities Prepare architectural drawings, sketches, and designs using software such as SketchUp, Revit Architecture, and AutoCAD. Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences. Develop detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects. Create presentation drawings and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience in architecture or interior design firm. Diploma/B.Arch degree from a recognized institution. Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit Architecture; knowledge of other relevant tools like 3ds Max is an added advantage. Strong understanding of design coordination principles and ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.
