Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bidding & Tendering professional located in Hyderabad. The role involves managing the end-to-end bidding and tendering process, including the preparation and submission of bids, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information. The Bidding & Tendering professional will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, understanding competitor strategies, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to maximize the success rate of bids. Qualifications Experience in managing bidding and tendering processes Strong analytical skills and market trend analysis Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements Proficiency in preparing and submitting bids Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
