Join us as an ADM-Senior Developer at Barclays, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects. Your responsibilities will include ensuring projects are completed within the planned budget, adhere to agreed quality standards, and comply with governance standards. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Experian Powercurve Strategy design studio. You should be able to independently analyze business requirements, propose and implement solutions in decision engines, and thoroughly test strategies end-to-end against business requirements. Experience with Experian Powercurve Origination design studio is highly preferred, and while Python experience is not mandatory, it is preferred. Additionally, familiarity with the credit card domain is considered a plus. As an ADM-Senior Developer, you will be actively involved in developing strategies in Powercurve SDS, creating workflows, integrating logics in Powercurve ODS, and conducting daily end-to-end strategy testing. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and successful performance in this role. Your primary objective will be to design, develop, and enhance software solutions using various engineering methodologies to deliver business, platform, and technology capabilities for our clients and internal teams. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering high-quality software solutions, collaborating cross-functionally with product managers and designers, participating in code reviews, and promoting a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing. You are expected to stay informed about industry technology trends, contribute to the organization's technology communities, adhere to secure coding practices, implement effective unit testing practices, and continuously drive improvements in your assigned technical area of expertise.
