Certified and an Authorised dealer of Carrier Commercial Refrigeration. Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office & Field Support Executive to join our team. The role involves handling office documentation, client coordination, and occasional field visits. Candidates with technical knowledge of refrigeration systems will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations and documentation Prepare and maintain records using MS Excel and MS Word Draft professional communication with good written English skills Coordinate with clients and vendors Visit clients or market locations for support and follow-ups when required Assist in project tracking and internal coordination Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong written and verbal English communication Willingness to travel locally as per job needs Basic technical understanding of refrigeration systems (preferred, not mandatory) Ability to multitask and work independently Prior experience in a similar role is a plus Added Advantage: Knowledge of refrigeration or HVAC systems will be considered an added benefit.
