Snowflake Lead Developer

As a Tech Lead with 7-10 years of experience, specializing in Snowflake, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, development, and scaling of the enterprise data platform at our company. Your responsibilities will include guiding a team of engineers, defining architecture, and ensuring that the platform meets performance, scalability, and compliance standards. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor engineers in building and optimizing large-scale data systems on Snowflake. - Drive architectural decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and cost efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. - Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, performance tuning, and secure deployments. - Stay updated with Snowflake advancements and introduce relevant enhancements to the platform. Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of software engineering experience, with leadership/mentorship exposure. - Extensive hands-on experience in Snowflake, including data modeling, optimization, performance tuning, and security. - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. - Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience in financial services or fintech is a plus. - Immediate joiners only. - Good-to-have: Experience with Kafka, Debezium, or other real-time data ingestion tools.
