Snowflake + IICS (CAI & CDI) - Senior Associate

As a Senior Developer at PwC, your role will involve expertise in Snowflake, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), and Python. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data integration and transformation pipelines using these technologies. Collaboration with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders is essential to deliver efficient, scalable, and secure cloud data solutions aligned with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse, including data modeling, optimization, and query tuning. - Expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) for data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and integration tasks. - Proficiency in Python programming for automation, data processing, and advanced data transformations. - Building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines integrating Snowflake with diverse sources via IICS. - Managing Snowflake data objects such as tables, views, stages, streams, and tasks focusing on performance and cost optimization. - Collaborating with data architects and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design. - Mentoring junior developers and facilitating knowledge sharing within the team. - Good analytical & problem-solving skills. Qualifications Required: - Candidates with 4-8 years of hands-on experience. - Effective communication skills to work within Agile teams and engage with stakeholders. - Awareness of deploying Snowflake features like data sharing, events, and lake-house patterns. - Understanding of data security, access controls, and design. - Good to have knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP data storage and management technologies. - Clear understanding of Data Warehouse Lifecycle and contribution to technical design documents and test plans. - Desired knowledge in data quality management tools, containerization, orchestration technologies, DevOps practices, and certifications in Snowflake, Informatica IICS, or Python programming. - Professional background in BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/M.E/M.Tech/MBA with good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
