Ensure accurate GRN (Goods Received Note) and Delivery Challan processing for timely delivery of materials. Oversee stores supervision and maintenance activities to ensure efficient warehouse operations. Implement FIFO (First In First Out) method for material storage and rotation. Coordinate with other departments for smooth supply chain management.
