It seeks to provide prevention of and relief from suffering to patients with life-limiting illness or experiencing intense pain through provision of medical support, counseling and other services. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assessment : Evaluate patients' abilities and needs to identify areas for improvement. Treatment planning : Develop customized treatment plans to address patients' specific goals and needs. Therapeutic interventions : Use a variety of techniques, such as exercises, adaptive equipment, and cognitive training, to help patients develop or regain skills. Education and training : Teach patients and their caregivers how to use adaptive equipment, perform daily tasks, and maintain a safe and healthy environment. Collaboration : Work with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists, nurses, nurse aides, counsellors and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care.
Role Overview: You will be joining SNEHA, a progressive Mumbai-based non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing women's health and fostering sustainable urban communities. SNEHA operates in vulnerable urban slums, focusing on addressing crucial health and nutrition issues from adolescence through motherhood to ensure better outcomes for women and children. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting the Finance Coordinator in TDS compliances, Audit preparations, and other statutory work such as Charity Commissioner compliance, Income Tax compliances, and FCRA compliances. - Verifying donation, grant, and income documentation with the FR team, recording data in Tally/trackers, and assisting with Form 10BD issuance. - Preparing monthly TDS data, managing data entry and filing, and assisting with issuing TDS certificates. - Maintaining regular filing of donation and grant documents. - Coordinating with the banking team for donation/grant receipts and monitoring bank statements. Qualifications Required: - A Bachelor's degree or higher in commerce. - 1-2 years of experience in accounts/finance departments.,
