Job Summary: Sneha Holidays is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our growing travel company. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them with travel-related inquiries, explaining our tour packages, and assisting in bookings. Your role is crucial in building customer relationships and converting leads into happy travelers. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote holiday packages and travel services. Handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email regarding travel packages, pricing, and itineraries. Provide detailed information about domestic and international tour packages offered by Sneha Holidays. Follow up with leads to convert them into bookings. Maintain a database of customer information, calls made, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Assist in resolving customer queries and provide appropriate solutions promptly. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion and call handling. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any field. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or a customer service role (preferably in the travel industry) is a plus. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage). Good convincing and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and experience using MS Office or CRM software. Positive attitude, ability to work in a team, and a passion for travel.
