Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Cutting Master to join our tailoring/garment team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fabric cutting techniques, pattern making, and garment measurements. The Cutting Master will be responsible for precise cutting of fabrics according to design specifications and customer measurements. Key Responsibilities: Take accurate body measurements from customers (if required) Cut fabric manually or using cutting machines as per design and size Create and interpret patterns based on client specifications or designs Ensure minimal fabric wastage while maintaining quality and accuracy Coordinate with tailors and designers for stitching and fitting Handle fabric layout planning and marker making Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cutting area Train junior staff or helpers if needed
