There is not support team with Snapmint, There is no active customer care number ,The given number doesn't work. They charge additional emi and blame it to 3rd party payment gateway, in my case it was Payumoney, Snapmint is not returning my money back which there deducted and not answering my calls or replying my mails.

Their service is completely useless. They sent wrong amount in my account, I returned it immediately, but these crazy people have stopped my account balance. I have been calling them for the last 20 days, but they have not cleared me yet. The customer care number is not on times.

They have updated a wrong credit account to my brother's cibil report.He never heard of snapmint untill he was rejected a loan by bank and checked his cibil report and found snapmint there .He has mailed them about the concern. It's been 10 days no response yet .
