i have placed a complaint through email for the payment that i made through Snapmint.still there is no response from your end.Then how can i order item through here if you are not responsible!! if still it continues it could forcefully me to make leagal actions!

I placed an order with 1st installment, money got debited but order not confirmed... I tried to contact with customer care, but no response from their side... What if I won't get my product and still have to pay the bills??? Very disappointed!

Hey snap mint I m trying to contact your complaint number because I paid a all EMI amount but Still mine my cibil score it is going down cibil app is showing me 1 payment a delay u want to pay ... showing this issue my Cibil score have already gone down a lot please help us

I have been using snapmint for about 4 months, the app is not that good, it has a lot of issues but the team of snapmint is very supportive, on my one message they give me same day response with solution, so i’m happy with snapmint

First my transaction failed,then my money was debited via debit card and now I cant call them because of the stupid bot blocking my profile and now they refuse to refund me my Rs13202.what a chaotic chain of events all while they hide and refuse confirmation about my refund.

No one answers, if I call anyone they don't receive it I bought a power bank from Snapmint of croma company, it stopped working. I called several times but the call was not picked up even once.
