About the job: Snapbot Event Executives are the face of the brand at events. Your role is to deliver an exciting photobooth experience while also spotting on-ground business opportunities. Key responsibilities: 1. Set up and manage Snapbot booths with full technical readiness 2. Interact with guests and ensure a smooth, engaging experience 3. Maintain Snapbot's energy, brand voice, and visual appeal on-site 4. Troubleshoot basic tech (iPad, lighting, printing, etc.) 5. Collect guest testimonials, BTS, and lead interest during events 6. Share event reports + any sales leads with the BD team post-event 7. Follow all pre/post-event SOPs and handle equipment with care Must be well-groomed and dressed. Possess aesthetic flair with strong knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) 2. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within short timelines 3. Adapt to varying brand voices ranging from playful to premium 4. Exhibit team spirit with good communication skills 5.
