The incumbent will be responsible for: 1. Being the SPoC for all people issues in the organisation 2. Handle the entire cycle of HR from hiring to onboarding, people engagement (including T&D) and exit 3. Creating and maintaining qualitative and quantitative MIS. Will have to organise and manage employee related data including their performance etc 4. Coordinate some aspects of the Administrative function for the office 5. Inter departmental coordinations 6. Managing the Directors’ office 7. Will be groomed to be a core team member who will participate in key functions
