Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy and quality of conducted experiments Timely documentation and reporting of experimental data Adherence to safety protocols and chemical handling guidelines Maintenance and cleanliness of lab area and equipment 6. Internal & External Interactions Internal: R&D team, Quality Control, Production team External: May occasionally interact with vendors or suppliers for chemicals or instruments (as needed) 7.
