Job Purpose / Objective To conduct chemical reactions as per the experimental processes provided, support new product development, and contribute to expanding the organization's product portfolioultimately enhancing company growth and innovation. 2. Technical / Functional Skills Technical Skills: Process Development Chemical Handling Glassware Handling Behavioural / Soft Skills: Team Collaboration Soft Communication Skills 5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy and quality of conducted experiments Timely documentation and reporting of experimental data Adherence to safety protocols and chemical handling guidelines Maintenance and cleanliness of lab area and equipment 6. Internal & External Interactions Internal: R&D team, Quality Control, Production team External: May occasionally interact with vendors or suppliers for chemicals or instruments (as needed) 7. Additional Notes / Special Requirements Basic physical effort involved in handling lab equipment Candidate must be comfortable with chemical handling procedures May require extended lab hours during trials or critical experiments Fresher Can Also Apply Compensation: As per Market Standard & Experience
