Job Title: SMT Machine Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an SMT Machine Engineer to set up, operate, and maintain SMT machines used in PCB assembly. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality production, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment issues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up and operate SMT machines (Aoi, Pick & Place, solder paste printers, reflow ovens).
2. Monitor machine performance and ensure product quality.
3. Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
4. Handle materials and load/unload PCBs as per production schedules.
5. Maintain production logs and report any issues.
6. Adhere to safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in SMT or electronics manufacturing is preferred.
2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work in a team and maintain a safe work environment.
4. Willingness to work in shifts if required.
