Full job description Job Title: Business Development Specialist Location: INDORE (On-site) Job Type: Full-time (Offline) Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month About the Job We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to drive our strategic growth initiatives and boost revenue. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities, expanding market presence, optimizing partnerships, and improving customer acquisition and retention strategies. Key Responsibilities Business Development – Roles & Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, JustDial, IndiaMart, Google, and networking. Build and maintain a database of prospects with accurate contact details. Research industries and businesses that can benefit from our services. 2. Client Outreach & Engagement Make initial contact with prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp. Present SMSGATEWAYHUB services (Website Development, CRM, WhatsApp Marketing, Bulk SMS, etc.) in a simple, client-focused manner. Follow up consistently with leads to move them toward demos or meetings. 3. Meetings & Demo Scheduling Book qualified meetings/demos with decision-makers (founders, managers, owners). Assist in preparing demo scripts and presentations. Attend client calls (if required) with senior team members for learning. 4. Relationship Building Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client pain points and suggest relevant solutions. Maintain regular communication to build trust and ensure client satisfaction. 5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Keep track of competitor agencies and their offerings. Share insights on market trends, customer demands, and opportunities. Suggest new strategies to differentiate Blue Waves Media. 6. Sales Support & Reporting Log all outreach, calls, and responses in CRM/Excel daily. Prepare end-of-day/weekly reports with leads generated, calls made, responses, and demos scheduled. Support managers in preparing proposals, quotations, or business documents. 7. Brand Awareness & Networking Actively engage on LinkedIn and business groups to expand SMSGATEWAYHUB visibility. Share and promote company posts, success stories, and updates. Represent the company in online/offline networking activities if needed. In short: Generate leads → Contact prospects → Book demos → Build relationships → Support conversions → Report progress. Understanding of growth funnels and customer acquisition models. Previous experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial setting.
