· JOB DESCRIPTION OF SMRE - TELECALLER:-

Customer Interaction: Answering calls, handling inquiries, and providing information about products and services.

· Complaint Resolution: Addressing customer concerns and finding solutions.

· Lead Generation: Working with the sales team to identify potential customers.

· Appointment Management: Scheduling and managing service appointments.

· Post-Sale Support: Coordinating with salespeople to ensure post-sale contacts are made.

· Data Management: Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions.

· Follow-Up: Following up with customers after repairs or services to ensure satisfaction.

· Reporting: Preparing reports on customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
