Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth Drive end-to-end sales operations to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Lead and manage sales teams across direct, channel, and corporate sales verticals. Develop & implement strong sales strategies for residential/commercial real estate projects. Business Development: Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and business channels. Build strong relationships with brokers, CP networks, channel partners, and corporate clients. Expand market reach and enhance brand positioning in the targeted geography. 3. Strategy & Planning: Create and execute innovative sales plans to maximize project absorption and revenue. Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, pricing strategy, and periodic sales forecasting. Plan and drive sales campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and promotional activities. 4. Channel Sales & Integration: Onboard, train, and activate a strong network of channel partners. Ensure seamless integration and performance management of CP networks. Conduct regular partner meets, events, and incentive programs to boost productivity. 5. Marketing & Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, digital promotions, ATL/BTL activities. Create marketing strategies to improve customer reach and lead generation. Oversee project launches, events, exhibitions, and brand-building activities. 6. Client Management: Ensure superior customer experience from lead entry to booking and possession. Handle high-value clients, negotiations, deal closures, and customer escalations. 7. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and empower the sales and marketing teams. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs.
