Role Overview: Smile Makers seeks its first on-ground Sales Manager in India—a hands-on leader who will launch and manage sales operations, distributor partnerships, and business growth, specifically for our wellness essentials product line. OurIntimate Health Essentials (IHE) collection offers thoughtfully designed wellness products focused on enhancing personal comfort and confidence. This includes a range of upcoming innovations such as a pelvic floor trainer, which supports women’s health in a discreet and empowering way. (Please note that this role will focus on promoting these intimate wellness products and does not involve sales of items related to pleasure devices. The emphasis is on health and wellbeing solutions that resonate with diverse consumer needs.) This is a part-time/contract role, based in New Delhi or Mumbai, with strong growth and expansion potential. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and secure leading distributors for Smile Makers’ Intimate Health Essentials in India. Manage distributor relationships, retail operations, listings, customer accounts, and day-to-day sales activity. Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns, new product launches, retail activations, and promotions. Secure new retailer accounts — pitch, negotiate, launch, and grow Smile Makers in priority doors. Gather market insights and share feedback on product, marketing, and education needs with the global brand team. Oversee financial management for the market — including budgets, invoicing, collections, and cost controls. Requirements: 4–5+ years of sales experience with a strong track record in retail, distribution, or business development within the beauty or wellness industry. Deep network of key retailers and distributor partners in India (especially metro cities). Experience launching and scaling products, managing promotions, and negotiating retail terms. Resourceful, persistent, and passionate self-starter — resilient in a fast-moving environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
