Job description –

We require 1 SME & Sr Trainer for Mechanical domain having sound experience & exposure in Process Industry Or one who has rich exposure working in Fasteners manufacturing companies will be preferred . The incumbent will prepare SOP's , standard maintenance practices for the existing & new machines , Stores activities , critical spares etc

SME Expertise - The training content will be on topics like Threading & Fastening Fundamentals ,Cold Forming, Heading & Rolling, CAM Lathe Operations and Manufacturing Machine Introduction.

location - At the factory site in Kanagala, Belagavi, Karnataka

1. Education: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with sound exposure in Mechanical domain of Process Industry with interest & knowledge in Training/Skill development

2 Exposure : Sound experience in Process Industry for minimum of 14-15 years will be preferred. Good knowledge in Mechanical maintenance. Apart from core domain knowledge, exposure & interest in Content development on Mechanical maintenance and sound knowledge about the rolling mills is required

Qualification - Degree/Diploma in Mechanical

Experience - 14-15yr. experience in Mechanical Maintenance dept with Fasteners Manufacturers or with process industry

Thorough knowledge about Mechanical components and equipment

Safety protocols/standards to be followed in industrial repairs

Capable to converse in Kannada,Hindi and English

Engagement length: 12 months may get extended to a longer engagement based on success of the pilot project

Age – Preferably Within 50-52 yrs

Compensation - ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
