Job Title: Domain Expert – Hansen CCB Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: Senior / Subject Matter Expert (SME) ________________________________________ Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Domain Expert in Hansen Customer Care and Billing (CCB) to provide strategic guidance and subject matter expertise across our billing and customer care transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of utility or telecom billing processes and extensive hands-on experience with Hansen CCB, enabling them to align business goals with system capabilities. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary subject matter expert on Hansen CCB functionalities, configurations, and best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Provide domain leadership during system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Conduct gap analysis between business needs and system capabilities, recommending optimal solutions. Support testing, training, and change management activities by providing domain insights and validation. Work closely with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure functional integrity of delivered solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and Hansen product updates to inform strategic decisions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in the utilities or telecom industry, with 5+ years of hands-on experience with Hansen CCB. In-depth knowledge of customer lifecycle management, billing, collections, payments, and rate structures. Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex processes clearly. Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations. Prior Experience in Hansen CCB Migration Preferred Qualifications: Hansen CCB certification or formal training. Experience with regulatory compliance in utility billing (e.g., GDPR, SOX, energy market regulations). Familiarity with Agile delivery models and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc. Prior experience in business process reengineering or digital transformation projects.
