1. Screen Printer Programming and settings validated.
2. Developed and optimized SMT processes for over PCB asssembilies.
3. Reflow Oven Machine Handling
4. In depth knowledge about AOI programming and analyse soldering defects and refined inspection parameters.
5. Ensure the good consistency of yield in both pre and post reflow visual inspeciton.
6. Conduct regular line audits.
7. Perform the SMT components rework like chip component, IC sort, BGA removing and solder sort.
8. Quick learn & Root Cause Analysis.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
