Role Overview: 1. The Site Supervisor will oversee the daily operations and management of the Om Kiran Logistics Park, situated in Galand Village, Hapur (Delhi NCR); 2. This role is critical for ensuring operational efficiency, facility maintenance, personnel safety, adherence to protocols, and optimal resource utilisation. 3. Key aspects of the role include direct deployment and supervision of warehouse staff, client coordination, and maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise all daily warehouse maintenance and management operations. 2. Monitor and enforce housekeeping, safety, and security protocols within the warehouse. 3. Maintain continuous security within the Logistics Park premises. 4. Manage inventory effectively, including conducting regular checks and maintaining accurate records. 5. Facilitate coordination with transporters and clients. 6. Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and requirements. 7. Proactively identify and resolve operational disruptions to maintain continuity. 8. Provide training and guidance to the Logistics Park Team to enhance productivity. 9. Oversee timely maintenance and repairs of all warehouses, roads, and civil structures. 10. Maintain records of all movements and daily operational logs. 11. Ensure the cleanliness of the premises and all warehouse facilities. 12. Promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. 13. Manage the hiring processes for both temporary and permanent staff. 14. Develop and ensure adherence to reporting formats. 15. Oversee the maintenance of green cover within the logistics park. 16. Coordinate with external vendors for smooth operations. 17. Ensure the smooth flow of vehicular traffic within and outside the logistics park. 18. Conduct tours and provide information to walk-in inquiries and prospective tenants regarding warehouse facilities. Educational Qualification: 1. Graduate in any discipline (Preference: Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management) 2. Additional certifications in Logistics Management, Warehouse Operations, Estate Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or Security Management will be an added advantage. Preferred Background: 1. Retired Commissioned Officer or Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) from the Indian Army (or equivalent rank from the Forces) 2. Service in logistics, supply chain, EME (Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers), ASC (Army Service Corps), AOC (Army Ordnance Corps), or provost/security units will be most relevant. Experience: 1. 15 to 25 years of total service, with at least 5+ years in a supervisory/command role handling logistics operations, facility management, and team supervision. 2. Proven track record in managing industrial facilities, enforcing discipline and SOPs, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. 3. Exposure to security protocols, safety drills, and emergency response planning. 4. Experience in maintenance coordination (civil, electrical, and mechanical) and vendor management. 5. Ability to lead teams, including civilian and contractual staff. Skills & Attributes: 1. Strong leadership with a focus on discipline, punctuality, and adherence to procedures. 2. Excellent coordination and communication skills (in both English and Hindi). 3. Proficiency in basic IT tools - MS Office, Email. 4. Physically fit and capable of active on-ground supervision. 5. Hands on approach 6. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick operational decisions.
