Field Supervisor – Smart Irrigation Project | Wattr.ai – Sangrur & PatialaAbout Wattr.ai Wattr.ai is building the digital nervous system for India’s water and energy infrastructure. Recognized by the Government of India for “Excellence in Water Resources Management and Innovation,” we’re leading large-scale smart irrigation deployments across Punjab. Role Summary You’ll lead on-ground teams to install and maintain Wattr.ai’s smart irrigation devices under the Punjab Government initiative.Your mission: ensure timely, high-quality installations, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination with farmers and officials. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily installation and service teams across assigned areas. Verify wiring, connectivity, and app sync for every PHMC device. Track targets, progress, and field reports with full documentation. Coordinate with logistics, MIS, and government stakeholders. Resolve on-site issues and train new technicians when required. Locations Sangrur (4 areas/blocks) – Sangrur, Bhawanigarh, Dirba/Sunam, Andana/Lehragaga Patiala (4 areas/blocks) – Nabha, Sanour, Bhunerheri, PatranSangrur & Patiala Requirements Diploma/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical (or similar). 1–3 years’ experience in field supervision or electrical/IoT projects. Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Proficient with mobile apps, Excel, and WhatsApp reporting. Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
