Job Title: Insurance & Mutual Fund Sales Executive Location: Bengaluru Job Type: Full-Time | On-Field / Hybrid | Freshers & Experienced (2–3 years) Job Responsibilities: Prospect and acquire new clients for life insurance, health insurance, and mutual fund investments. Understand clients' financial needs and recommend suitable products (term plans, SIPs, etc.). Explain policy and fund features, benefits, charges, and investment options. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals. Assist in documentation, KYC, and policy/mutual fund application processes. Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction and retention. Maintain MIS reports and meet monthly sales targets. Eligibility Criteria: For Freshers: 12th Pass with interest in finance and sales. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn financial products and do field/client visits. For Experienced (2–3 years): Proven experience in life/health insurance and/or mutual fund sales. Strong client handling and closing skills.
