Job Overview: Assistant Manager HSE will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive safety and environmental policies , ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting risk assessments, leading incident investigations, providing employee training, and actively promoting a strong safety culture across all departments. Key responsibilities of the function : Policy Development and Implementation Create and maintain comprehensive HSE policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and legal requirements. Activities to ensure employee engagement, regulatory compliance and implement the WHSE system to protect human health & the environment Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and prioritize preventive measures. Implement control measures to minimize risks and prevent accidents. Compliance Monitoring and Auditing: Perform routine safety inspections and audits to ensure adherence to HSE standards.
