Job Description – Odoo DeveloperJob Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing, developing, and implementing Odoo ERP modules according to business needs. You will work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy effective Odoo solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc.) Create and modify Odoo reports, dashboards, and workflows . Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, APIs, and payment gateways. Work with functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Odoo modules. Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of Odoo applications. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Stay updated with the latest Odoo versions and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 2–5 years of experience as an Odoo Developer (or ERP development experience). Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS . Experience with Odoo framework (ORM, QWeb, XML-RPC, REST APIs). Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu server environment and Git version control. Good understanding of business processes in ERP domains (Sales, Inventory, HR, Accounting, etc.). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Odoo.sh . Knowledge of front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular). Prior experience in Odoo migration & upgrades . Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology. Contribution to Odoo Community or open-source projects. Employment Type Full-time / On-site (or Remote, depending on company policy). Salary Competitive (based on skills & experience). Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
