Pathetic service.... My product was sent by Cred shop through them & they just updated undelivered due to wrong address, whereas the same address amazon, flipkart & many other e com sites have been delivering from past decade. Seriously thumbs down to such cheap antics & response in this customer centric environment.

Very bed service I have ever seen👎 I have ordered through cred but they always provide reason that attempt had been made..but in reality no attempt had attempted..I have received so many shipment from Flipkart Amazon and other shopping site..and receivesy products on same address even before the given timeline... …

Amazing for start-ups..! Offering pickup/drop and providing details of estimated delivery is really a great service and also cheaper as compared to other courier partners.

Very pathetic service. My very important courier delayed by more than 1 week. Delivery boy was very rude in his tone. I'll never ever use their service. Instead go for other reputed courier service.

No customer care number. Shows order shipped but not delivered even after 10 days. No customer support to contact and find out the reason.

Fake company cheats people, tell that they will charge x amount and you will get discounted billing. but don't complete their promise

Smartship is a great website for online retailers to get multiple courier shipping options at a reasonable price. The website is easy to use and recharge can happen through the app as well.
