1. Outbound Sales Calls: o Conduct outbound voice calls to UAE-based telecom customers. o Sell telecom packages tailored to customer needs. 2. Product Knowledge: o Develop a comprehensive understanding of telecom products and services. 3. Customer Engagement: o Understand Customer needs and communicate effectively with customers to build trust and engagement. o Excellent negotiation and communication skills 4. Sales Target Achievement: o Meet and exceed result-oriented daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently. o Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. o Handle objections effectively and follow up on leads to ensure closure. 5. Follow-Up: o Convert leads into sales by following up and addressing customer inquiries effectively. Qualifications: • Education: o Minimum: High School (12th Grade). o Preferred: Bachelor's Degree. • Languages: o Fluency in English and Hindi/Urdu is mandatory. • Experience: o Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecom. o Experience in selling to international markets (UAE/GCC) is an added advantage. Skills: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Persuasive selling and negotiation abilities. • Ability to handle rejection while remaining motivated. • Proficiency in using CRM tools and software (e.g., MS Office Suite - Excel, Word,google sheet
