You should have a working knowledge of Sketch App and Adobe products such as Figma, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with Invisionapp, Marvell App, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD would be beneficial. It would be an added advantage if you can convert Figma designs into React components. Your responsibilities will include designing user interfaces and interactions for our core web-based products. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to gather and assess user requirements. Creating design concepts through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps will be part of your role. Designing graphic user interface components like menus, tabs, widgets, and CTAs will also be required. You will need to develop UI mock-ups and prototypes to demonstrate website functionality and appearance. Presenting draft designs to internal teams and stakeholders, identifying and resolving UX issues, and adjusting layouts based on user feedback are essential tasks. Basic front-end development knowledge, particularly in ReactJS, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS, would be advantageous. Strong team collaboration and communication skills are necessary. Good time-management abilities will help you excel in this role. The requirements include proficiency in Figma design, converting designs into HTML and CSS, and knowledge of web and mobile application UI/UX for Android and iOS platforms. This is a full-time, permanent position. A higher secondary (12th pass) education is preferred.,
