R Develop and manage a pan-India distributor and dealer network across key regions North, South, East, and West. Identify and appoint super-stockists, distributors, and modern trade partners for effective market penetration. Expand presence in general trade, modern trade, health food chains, and institutional channels. Build and grow partnerships with online platforms (Amazon, Blinkit, BigBasket, Zepto, etc.) and manage product listings, visibility, and promotions. Design and implement sales targets, incentive schemes, and promotional campaigns to achieve growth objectives. Recruit, train, and manage a field sales team or regional representatives as the network grows. Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for smooth product availability, visibility, and demand planning. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine sales strategies. Represent the brand at industry events, expos, and trade fairs to expand partnerships and visibility. ole & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Experience: Minimum 3 years in FMCG / Health Food / Organic / Nutrition / Specialty Foods sector. Proven track record of building distributor and retail networks pan-India. Exposure to both offline (general/modern trade) and online sales channels (D2C, marketplaces). Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and scale operations. Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage. Candidates currently working with or having worked at emerging food brands (e.g., Slurrp Farm, Wingreens, Tata Soulfull, Saffola FITTIFY, Yoga Bar, or similar) will be preferred.
