We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Doctor with proven experience in handling ICU/CCU patients . The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of critical care management, emergency response, and advanced life-saving interventions. This role demands strong decision-making, clinical expertise, and the ability to work under pressure in life-threatening situations. Key Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor patients admitted in ICU/CCU, ensuring round-the-clock care. Perform critical assessments, diagnose, and implement appropriate treatment plans. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code blue situations. Administer life support measures including mechanical ventilation, invasive monitoring, and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS). Coordinate with consultants, surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff to ensure integrated patient care. Maintain detailed medical records, progress notes, and treatment documentation. Provide counseling and regular updates to patient attendants/families. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control policies, and medical ethics. Participate in ICU rounds, audits, and case reviews. Train and mentor junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff as required.
