Job Description

Manage the complete production lifecycle of slot game projects from concept development to final release
Coordinate with designers, artists, developers, and QA teams to ensure project alignment and smooth execution
Create, track, and maintain production schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time releases
Review game concepts, design documents, and prototypes to ensure a consistent and engaging player experience
Monitor market trends, player behavior, and competitor products to keep games relevant and competitive
Identify production risks early and implement solutions to resolve issues proactively
Plan and execute successful game launches, including alignment with marketing and community initiatives
Design and review user interfaces to ensure usability, clarity, and seamless player interaction
Conceptualize and implement social media and viral features to enhance player engagement
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, platform guidelines, and quality standards throughout development
