As a Fashion Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful launch and ongoing operations of our brand. You will work closely with the design, marketing, and production agencies to ensure seamless coordination across all aspects of the fashion lifecycle. Your role will involve managing schedules, liaising with contractors, and ensuring that our collections align with the brands aesthetic and values. You’ll be overseeing the entire launch process and provide suggestions for additional hiring of personnel and resources to ensure smooth and timely execution of the launch. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with designers and production teams to coordinate the development of seasonal collections. Act as a bridge between our Bangalore and Japan teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on creative and operational goals. Organize and manage photoshoots. Source and liaise with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers in India and Japan. Monitor timelines and ensure deadlines are met for design, production, and marketing campaigns. Stay updated on global fashion trends, particularly in Indian and Japanese markets, and provide insights to the team. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with influencers, stylists, and media outlets. Support the marketing team in creating content that reflects the brand’s identity and resonates with our target audience. Maintain a healthy work environment to support creativity and teamwork. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Buying, Marketing, Brand Management, MBA Fashion management or a related field. 1-4 years of experience in fashion coordination, production, or a similar role. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures. - Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Kannada is a plus.
