Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Slipform Foreman, located in Ooty. The Slipform Foreman will be responsible for supervising construction activities, operating and maintaining heavy equipment, and ensuring that carpentry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Additional duties include effective communication with the team and ensuring all safety and maintenance protocols are followed. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and effective Communication skills Experience with Heavy Equipment operation and maintenance Proficiency in Carpentry and general Maintenance Ability to lead a team and manage on-site construction activities Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety and quality standards Previous experience in slipform construction is an advantage A background in civil engineering or a related field is preferred
